“The beaches of Loreto are among the cleanest in the country”, as confirmed by the weekly studies of the group ECO ALIANZA DE LORETO AC, which for ten years has carried out its program “Monitoring the quality of the water ”, considered a national model for its rigor and contributions to society.
The work team in charge of this program focuses on conducting water quality studies in the twelve main points and beaches of Loreto, which are: La Negrita, Oasis hotel, Juarez street exit and dock, La Picazón, Mil Palmas, Hidalgo street exit, La Salinita, Nopoló, Ligüí, Ensenada Blanca, Juncalito and El Quemado.
Every Thursday the monitoring process begins, one week on the northern beaches and one week on the southern ones, taking the samples to the laboratory located in the ECO ALIANZA AC facilities to carry out the evaluation of the water quality. sea under strict guidelines set by the Federal Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS).
Each week the results are published on the official page of ECO ALIANZA AC, in addition to being sent to different instances and groups.

Dársena del Malecón
It is the most visited beach by local people because it is located in front of the boardwalk, its proximity makes it the first option for people who want to spend a pleasant afternoon or morning. It has palapas available for visitors. The beach is 100% fine sand in a light gray tone.
La Negrita
This beach adjoins the Malecón beach, its access to vehicles is on the other hand which allows both beaches to be well delimited, unlike the Malecón beach, this one does contain fine stones during the first meters in the water. It is an extensive beach where you can freely enjoy an excellent place. It has some palapas for public use.
Juncalito
South of Loreto, there is a town called Juncalito which has one of the most visited beaches, it is one of the favorites for camping, every summer hundreds of families choose to stay camping. Salinita Beach.
Salinita Beach: It is located at one end of the town, just where the last house ends on the southern edge of Loreto, it has an extension of approximately 4 km. In its front view it has the Isla del Carmen as a landscape and in the back there is a mountain, during the day you can see the traffic of planes that arrive and leave the international airport which is located a few meters from the seashore. Los Pangones Beach.
Also known as estuary las garzas.
